Digital Products
Our digital products are non-tangible and irrevocable, once they have been purchased and delivered. We cannot accept returns of digital products, nor can we provide refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed by the customer.
Exceptions
We May make exceptions to This policy in certain cases, such as for technical issues with our digital products that we are unable to resolve. In such cases, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative solution to the Customer.
